Terms and Conditions

1. Who We Are

The store is owned by Sahaab Retail Company for Cleaning Materials (With Limited Liability), commercial registration no. 514984, license no. 2025/9130, State of Kuwait, referred to below as "Sahaab" or "we".

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be 18 or older, or place it with the knowledge and consent of your guardian.

3. Products and Prices

1. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar and are shown before you confirm your order.
2. We do our best to show images and descriptions accurately. Packaging or design may differ slightly from the image, while the product's content and specifications remain as described.
3. Products are subject to stock availability. Prices and offers may change without prior notice, which does not affect an order already confirmed.
4. If a clear error appears in a product's price or description, we may correct it, notify you before processing, and let you cancel or amend the order with a refund of any amount paid.

4. Placing and Accepting Orders

1. The minimum order is 5 Kuwaiti Dinar (delivery fees excluded).
2. Your order is accepted when the confirmation message reaches you. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or fraud is suspected, with a refund of any amount paid.
3. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and address details you enter.

5. Payment

We accept KNET, Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery, as available at the time of the order. Online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway and we do not keep your card details. See the Delivery and Payment page for details.

6. Delivery

The delivery policy published on the website applies. Delivery fees vary by governorate and are shown before payment, and we do not ship outside the State of Kuwait.

7. Cancelling an Order

After payment you may cancel by contacting customer service before the order goes out for delivery, stating the reason for cancellation. Amounts paid are refunded to the same payment method within the refund periods in the Return Policy.

8. Returns and Exchanges

The return and exchange policy published on the website applies. You may return a sealed package in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

9. Safe Use of Products

Cleaning products are chemicals that require care. The customer must read the label, follow the usage and storage instructions and the safety warnings on the product page, never mix products together, and keep them away from children. We are not liable for harm caused by use that contradicts the product's instructions; this does not affect your right to receive a sound product that matches its description.

10. Product Claims

Product pages may state features such as "formaldehyde-free 0%", "enhanced with silver ions" or "biodegradable". These apply only to products that carry these statements on their page and label, not to every product in the store.

11. Intellectual Property

The "Sahaab" name, logo, images, texts and designs on the website belong to us or are licensed to us, and may not be copied or used commercially without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We bear our legal responsibility for the products and service as the law provides. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond our control, including internet outages, general failures or force majeure, except where the law does not allow exclusion.

13. Wholesale

We offer special prices and quantities to hotels, laundries and companies. To contract, write to us on WhatsApp or by email. Wholesale orders are subject to a quotation and a separate written agreement.

14. Amendments

We may amend these terms. An amendment takes effect from its publication on the website and does not affect orders confirmed before it.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of the State of Kuwait have jurisdiction.
